组织间共生关系：研究述评与展望

摘要

构建共生关系是组织获取竞争优势、应对不确定环境、把握创业机会的重要策略。然而，相关理论研究仍处于探索阶段，无法助力实践发展。通过梳理组织间共生关系的相关文献，本文首先对相关研究的时间脉络、期刊分布、研究方法、应用理论、研究对象进行归纳，厘清组织间共生关系的概念。其次，从共生关系的核心维度、共生效应和影响因素三个方面对二元组织间共生关系和生态系统共生关系进行对比分析，并借鉴社会网络理论、资源依赖理论、制度理论等解释二者的差异。最后，本文从整合性视角对组织间共生关系进行深入探究，基于“六何”分析框架提出未来研究方向。本文有助于厘清组织间共生关系的概念及研究脉络，揭示二元组织间共生关系和生态系统共生关系的差异，为深化相关理论研究提供方向性指引。
