明星职业发展讲堂(STAR Career Talk)

明星职业发展讲堂是诺丁汉大学商学院（中国）明星学生生涯发展体系的核心栏目之一，邀请校内外职场明星分享个人成长心路和职场经验。学生通过聆听职场明星的成长故事，受到启迪，开启认知自我和世界的有趣人生之旅。每一位讲故事的职场明星也在向同学们传递一种精神和信念。漫漫人生路上，愿这些精神和信念为砥砺前行的青年启航者带来光明和力量，帮助每一个独特的个体成为最闪亮的明星。

As a core component of the NUBS China STAR Student Development Scheme, NUBS China STAR Career Talk invites experienced senior leaders from various business industries and social sectors to share their personal stories as well as career and life experience. These stories may grow to be an inspiration for our students, allowing them to have a deeper understanding of themselves and the world. Every STAR speaker conveys their stories with great spirit and faith which will undoubtedly enlighten students' perspectives and encourage them to keep pushing forward - to become the brightest star.

深度思考与研究的价值——探索证券研究员的成长之路

成为一名证券研究员的职业路径是怎样的？应该具备哪些素质？在当今信息爆炸的资本市场，优秀的证券研究员如何通过深度思考和研究功底来梳理自己独立的预判，并利用正常商业逻辑推演预判，以实现预判赢率的大幅提升？

本期明星职业发展讲堂，我们有幸邀请到有20年证券投资与资本市场从业经验的蒋玉姣女士，来分享新形势下证券研究员的职业路径，并为学生梳理自上而下、自下而上的逻辑方法论，帮助对金融证券研究感兴趣的同学开启资本市场投研工作之门。

嘉宾介绍 / About the speaker

蒋玉姣女士（Ms Yujiao Nisa Jiang）

蒋玉姣女士具有20多年的证券投资与资本市场从业经验，曾先后担任：

作为业界资深专家，蒋女士曾多次在国内外大型专业活动 （如《国际金融家年会50人》和 “中国智造”未来访问暨第三届中欧制造业论坛）中担任客座和发言嘉宾。2012至2016年，蒋女士担任央视CCTV2《交易时间》客座嘉宾。蒋女士在业界也收获众多奖项认可，曾荣获《21世纪证券报》年度金属材料金牌分析师、《Asia Money》亚洲A股最佳分析师、Wind金属新材料最佳分析师等多项荣誉称号。

蒋玉姣女士在英国布里斯托大学经济、金融与管理系获得经济学硕士学位，在北京科技大学获得管理工程学士学位，是中国证券业协会、香港证券注册分析师，特许金融分析师。

NUBS China STAR Career Talk 2022 Spring Semester

Thinking and researching deeply:

the path toward being a successful security analyst

Time: 7pm, 13 April

What does the career path of a successful security analyst look like? What professional characteristics are important for being a security analyst? In front of overwhelming information, how can a security analyst make one's independent hypothesis through the ability of deep thinking and research? How can an analyst utilise one's business knowledge and experience to verify the hypothesis and increase the success rate of the hypothesis?

In this STAR Career Talk, we have invited Ms Yujiao Nisa Jiang, a highly experienced expert with more than 20 years of working experience in the security industry. She has taken a number of senior analyst and leadership roles including:

Ms Jiang has been an active public speaker at various professional conferences and events. She was the keynote speaker at the Top 50 International Bankers' Summit and the 3rd Sino-Euro Manufacture Investment Forum. Between 2012 and 2016, she spoke regularly during the Transaction Time segment on CCTV2. She has received high recognition and multiple awards in her area of expertise, such as Best A share Analyst for "Asia Money", Best Analyst in the Material and Energy category for "Gold Bull", Best Analyst in the Metal and Mining category for "21cn Security Newspaper" and "Wind".

Ms Jiang got her Master's degree in Economics, Finance and Management from the University of Bristol and her Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing. She is also a Charted CFA and an HK and SAC Certified Analyst.
