近年来,随着互联网产业的蓬勃发展,以及企业信息化需求的增长,数据中心业务
即IDC业务进入了快速增长的时期。数据中心市场的进入者包括电信运营商、国内外专
业运营公司、一部分民营企业,甚至包括亚马逊、阿里等互联网公司。因此,数据中心
市场竞争异常激烈。上海联通的IDC业务在上海地区市场上总体份额偏低、影响力很小,
如何挖掘自身优势,准确锁定目标市场,并进行有效定位,是上海联通IDC业务发展面
临的重要任务。
本文分析了国际国内的IDC市场形势,探讨了电信运营商、专业IDC运营企业等各
竞争主体的优势与特点。文章针对数据中心各细分行业展开调研,全面分析了行业市场
的IDC业务需求。通过对存量客户以及一批重要潜在客户发放问卷收集数据,提出了在
产品、服务以及运营管理方面存在的一系列问题。文章运用市场导向的观念,结合SPT、
价值营销等理论,釆用文献研究和实证调查相结合的方法,总结了上海联通IDC的竞争
优势,确定了上海联通IDC的目标市场和定位,并提出了上海联通具体的营销战略建议。

Abstract

In recent years, with the vigorous development of the Internet industry, as well as the

growth of the enterprise information demand, Data center business entered into a period of

rapid growth. The oprators of data center including telecom operators, professional operating

companies at home and abroad, part of private enterprises, and even Internet companies such

as amazon, ali. Therefore, competition of data center is fierce. The market share of IDC

business in Shanghai Unicom is low, the influence is very small in Shanghai area, how to dig

their own advantages, accurate target market, and effective positioning, is an important task

to the development of Shanghai unicorn IDC business .

This paper analyzes the market situation of international and domestic IDC,and

discusses competitive advantages and characteristics of main body of each operator. Based on

research in view of each segment of the data center industry, comprehensively analyzed the

industry IDC business needs of the market. Based on the stock as well as a number of

important potential customers a questionnaire to collect data, put forward in terms of products,

services, and operations management a series of problems. Article using the idea of market

orientation, combined with SPT, the value of marketing theory, by adopting the combination

of literature research and empirical research method, summarizes the Shanghai Unicom IDC's

competitive advantage, determine the target market and positioning of Shanghai Unicom IDC,

and proposed the Shanghai Unicom specific marketing strategy recommendations.
