8、e of name recognition and legions of loyal fans.This may be one reason why celebrity restaurant openings took a big leap in 2021 and have not significantly subsided.2021 saw more than twice the number of celebrity-backed restaurant openings than 2020.The total number of U.S.restaurant openings incre
